Batch scanning rarely gets the order right. Annex C lands before Annex B, the signature page ends up in the middle of the agreement, or the feeder puts every back side at the end. Reorder PDF lays out each page as a thumbnail so you can drag it where it belongs, rotate anything that came in sideways and remove pages you don't need, without rescanning a thing.
Moving pages around sounds harmless, yet the file usually holds payslips, medical records, deeds or customer data. That is why Anonimatum processes it on its own servers in the EU (OVHcloud, France and Poland), in memory and without passing it to any third-party service. You get the result straight back and the document is not stored; the audit log keeps only a SHA-256 fingerprint, never the content.
Reordering is usually a step towards something else. Once the file is in the right sequence you can merge it with other documents, number its pages so they can be cited, or send it to the anonymizer to redact or pseudonymize personal data, all on the same platform and with the same account. The order you set holds at every stage, and the document never hops between services.

Our own servers in the EU
Every tool runs on Anonimatum servers in France and Poland (OVHcloud). No third-party services or APIs: LibreOffice and OCR run on our own server.
We don’t keep the document
The PDF is processed in memory and returned straight away. Conversions use a temporary folder that is deleted when they finish.
History under your control
Group activity (operation and file name) is deleted according to the retention your administrator sets, from 1 to 365 days. The audit log only keeps the SHA-256 fingerprint.
Access with your account
You sign in with your Anonimatum account, with two-step verification, and each use is deducted from your plan’s PDF tools quota.

Frequently asked questions
Can I rotate or remove pages while reordering?
Yes. Besides dragging thumbnails to change the sequence, you can rotate pages that came in sideways or remove the ones you don't want before downloading the PDF.
Where is my document processed?
On Anonimatum's own servers in the EU (OVHcloud, France and Poland). It is never sent to third-party services or external APIs: it is processed in memory, returned straight away and not stored.
Do I need an account? Does it use my quota?

Is any trace of the operation kept?
The operation and file name appear in the group history, which the administrator can purge according to the group's retention setting (1 to 365 days). The audit log stores only a SHA-256 fingerprint, never the content.
What if I need to anonymize it afterwards?
Send the reordered PDF to the Anonimatum anonymizer to redact or pseudonymize personal data without leaving the platform.
