Pseudonymization
that preserves data usefulness
Unlike traditional anonymization, which removes or redacts information, pseudonymization replaces personal data with coherent fictional equivalents. You can keep working with realistic, controllable reversible documents while complying with the GDPR minimization principle.
Consistent substitution
Replaces each data item with another fictional but realistic value (names, cities, addresses), keeping consistency across the entire document.
Tokenization
Turns each sensitive data item into a unique, reproducible key (e.g. EMAIL_001), ideal for traceability and analysis.
Partial masking
Keeps only part of the data visible and hides the rest with asterisks, preserving usefulness without exposing the information.
Preserves data format
- Shifted dates while keeping the temporal relationship between them.
- Amounts scaled proportionally and consistently.
- Valid DNI, NIE, CIF and IBAN generated with the correct format.
- Postal codes, addresses and cities replaced with real equivalents.
Equivalence map under your control
Each pseudonymization generates an equivalence map you can review, edit and export encrypted. Reversal is only possible with that map, processed locally on European Union servers, without your documents leaving the controlled environment.
