1. Acceptance

By using Anonimatum services you accept these terms. If you disagree, you must not use our services.

2. Service description

Anonimatum is a SaaS document anonymization platform operated by Politeia Soft S.L. The service lets you anonymize sensitive data in PDF and office documents.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful and legitimate purposes, respecting intellectual property rights and applicable law.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you process. You grant us a limited license to process your documents as instructed.

6. Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR.

7. Intellectual property

Politeia Soft retains all rights to the software, underlying technology, trademarks and documentation.

8. Payments and billing

Prices and terms are agreed individually. Payments are billed as set out in the service agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Politeia Soft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Jerez de la Frontera.
