Is training included in every plan?
Scope is agreed with Politeia Soft based on your plan and needs. It may include initial onboarding, advanced sessions and ongoing support; do not assume a single package without confirming commercial terms.
Do you train on reverse mode and visual zones?
Yes. The advanced program covers custom patterns, batches, visual anonymization and reverse anonymization with whitelist, plus local EU AI usage inside the Anonimatum flow.
Are sessions only theoretical?
The usual approach is hands-on: teams work with sample documents or your own cases (when confidentiality allows) so they apply review, patterns and batches from day one.
Who delivers support?
Commercial enablement and support are delivered by Politeia Soft on the Anonimatum product. There is no Horentia intermediary in this product story.
