Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: 14 October 2026
Politeia Soft is committed to making the Anonimatum website accessible. Although it is not a public sector body, it voluntarily applies the requirements of Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications, and follows the accessibility statement model published by the Spanish Web Accessibility Observatory.
This accessibility statement applies to the website https://anonimatum.com, in its Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese versions (the blog and the release notes are only available in Spanish and English). It does not apply to the Anonimatum web application (https://app.anonimatum.com) or to third-party websites linked from this site.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with Royal Decree 1112/2018 and with standard EN 301 549 (UNE-EN 301549:2022), which incorporates the level A and AA success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, due to the non-compliances listed below. Automated testing finds no serious or critical issues on any page, in either the light or the dark theme, but there is known non-accessible content and the manual review does not yet cover every criterion.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
a) Non-compliance with Royal Decree 1112/2018
- The product demo videos have no equivalent text alternative or audio description (requirements 9.1.2.1, 9.1.2.3 and 9.1.2.5 of EN 301 549; WCAG 1.2.1, 1.2.3 and 1.2.5).
- The Spanish National Security Framework (ENS) certificate and other PDF documents linked from the site have not been evaluated and may not be accessible (clause 10 of EN 301 549).
- Some illustrations, application screenshots and images in blog posts and release notes may contain text embedded in the image (requirement 9.1.4.5; WCAG 1.4.5).
- Testing with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack) has not been completed, so there may be undetected issues in heading structure, link purpose or how interactive components are announced (requirements 9.1.3.1, 9.2.4.4 and 9.4.1.2; WCAG 1.3.1, 2.4.4 and 4.1.2).
b) Disproportionate burden
Not applicable.
c) Content outside the scope of the applicable legislation
- Third-party content that is neither developed nor controlled by Politeia Soft, such as linked external websites.
- The Anonimatum web application (https://app.anonimatum.com), which is not part of this website and is not covered by this statement.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 14 October 2026.
The statement was prepared through a self-assessment carried out by the company itself: automated testing with axe-core 4.13 (WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 rules, levels A and AA) of every page of the Spanish site and of the home page and a selection of pages in English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, in both the light and the dark theme, run as part of the automated tests on every change; and a manual review of keyboard navigation, visible focus, the mobile menu, contrast and display at a width of 360 pixels.
Last review of the statement: 14 October 2026.
