When the volume of PDF, Word, PowerPoint or ZIP files exceeds a reasonable manual flow, Anonimatum batch processing moves the work to the server: you define patterns, wordsets or policies (including reverse whitelist) once and the queue applies the same criteria to the whole remittance.
The local AI engine runs on European Union infrastructure. Documents are not sent to external LLM APIs: detection combines proprietary models, patterns and operational review. You start the batch, close the browser if you want, and retrieve a ZIP with the results.

Do I need to keep the browser open?
No. The job runs in a server queue. You can close the session and download the ZIP when the batch has finished.
Do documents leave the European Union?
The Anonimatum engine processes on EU infrastructure with local AI. We do not rely on uncontrolled external LLM APIs.
