One landscape sheet among portrait pages, or a scanner that reads the stack upside down, is all it takes to make a PDF awkward to review on screen. Amortization tables, floor plans, financial schedules and landscape certificates end up on their side, and you end up tilting your head. Rotate PDF lets you turn only the affected pages or the whole document and check the result in a preview before downloading.

The pages that come in crooked are often the most sensitive ones: an ID card scanned with a phone, a prescription snapped in a hurry, a signed contract sent back as a scan. Fixing them shouldn't mean uploading them just anywhere. In Anonimatum the PDF is rotated on our own servers in the EU (OVHcloud, France and Poland), in memory, with no third parties involved, and it is not stored once returned.

A properly oriented document is also ready for whatever comes next. It is easier to review before anonymization, to sign with a digital certificate through AutoFirma, or to number so its pages can be cited, and all of those tools live on the same platform. Politeia Soft holds Spain's ENS security certification at MEDIUM category and the platform is designed for GDPR, so the simplest task gets the same care as the most delicate one.

Security

Your PDFs never leave our servers in the EU

The same safeguards as the anonymizer, also for merging, converting or compressing.

  • Our own servers in the EU

    Every tool runs on Anonimatum servers in France and Poland (OVHcloud). No third-party services or APIs: LibreOffice and OCR run on our own server.

  • We don’t keep the document

    The PDF is processed in memory and returned straight away. Conversions use a temporary folder that is deleted when they finish.

  • History under your control

    Group activity (operation and file name) is deleted according to the retention your administrator sets, from 1 to 365 days. The audit log only keeps the SHA-256 fingerprint.

  • Access with your account

    You sign in with your Anonimatum account, with two-step verification, and each use is deducted from your plan’s PDF tools quota.

  • ENS Medium category

    Politeia Soft is certified under Spain’s National Security Framework (ENS), Medium category, and the platform is designed for the GDPR.

Can I rotate only some pages?

Yes. Rotate just the pages you choose or all of them at once, and the preview shows how the document will look before you download it.

Where is the PDF processed?

On Anonimatum's own servers in the EU (OVHcloud, France and Poland), without sending it to third-party services or external APIs. It is processed in memory, returned straight away and not stored.

Do I need an account? Does it use quota?

Yes. You need an Anonimatum account, with two-step verification available, and each use counts against your plan's PDF tools quota.

What if the pages are also out of order?

Use Reorder PDF: as well as dragging thumbnails to change the sequence, it lets you rotate and remove pages on the same screen.

Can I anonymize the PDF after rotating it?

Yes. Send the correctly oriented PDF to the Anonimatum anonymizer to redact or pseudonymize personal data without leaving the platform.
