PowerPoint to PDF without sending your decks elsewhere
Turn .pptx or OpenDocument (.odp) presentations into PDFs using LibreOffice on our own EU server, with no third-party services involved.
Sending a deck as .pptx comes with practical risks: the recipient may not have PowerPoint, the layout may shift on their machine, or slides may get edited by accident. That is why sales proposals, board updates and conference talks usually travel as PDFs. PowerPoint to PDF converts .pptx or OpenDocument (.odp) presentations into a PDF that looks the same on any device and drops neatly into a case file or an e-filing portal.
Presentations hold sensitive information more often than people expect: client names, revenue figures, org charts with real people, team photos, or patient details in a clinical case review. Uploading them to just any online converter means handing that content to a third party whose terms you should check first. At Anonimatum, the conversion runs with LibreOffice on our own EU server, with no external APIs.
The resulting PDF does not stay on the platform: the temporary folder is wiped when the job ends, and only the group history records the operation and file name. From the same PDF tools menu you can keep working on the document, adding a watermark and, back in Anonimatum, removing its metadata or anonymizing personal data before you send it, on a platform from Politeia Soft, which holds ENS Medium category certification.

.pptx and .odp are supported. LibreOffice converts it on our EU server, with no external APIs.

Security
Your PDFs never leave our servers in the EU
The same safeguards as the anonymizer, also for merging, converting or compressing.
Our own servers in the EU
Every tool runs on Anonimatum servers in France and Poland (OVHcloud). No third-party services or APIs: LibreOffice and OCR run on our own server.
We don’t keep the document
The PDF is processed in memory and returned straight away. Conversions use a temporary folder that is deleted when they finish.
History under your control
Group activity (operation and file name) is deleted according to the retention your administrator sets, from 1 to 365 days. The audit log only keeps the SHA-256 fingerprint.
Access with your account
You sign in with your Anonimatum account, with two-step verification, and each use is deducted from your plan’s PDF tools quota.
ENS Medium category
Politeia Soft is certified under Spain’s National Security Framework (ENS), Medium category, and the platform is designed for the GDPR.
Next to the anonymizer
Merge, reorder or convert, then anonymize or pseudonymize the result on the same platform before sharing it.

PowerPoint to PDF: frequently asked questions
Which formats are supported?
PowerPoint presentations in .pptx and OpenDocument presentations in .odp.
Are animations kept?
No. A PDF is a static document: each slide becomes a fixed page, without animations or transitions. Check the result before sending it, especially if the deck uses unusual fonts.
Where is my presentation converted?
On Anonimatum's own EU servers (OVHcloud, France and Poland), with LibreOffice and no third-party services. The temporary folder is deleted at the end and the document is not stored; the audit log records only a SHA-256 fingerprint.
Do I need an account, and does it use my quota?
Yes. You need an Anonimatum account, with two-step verification available, and each conversion counts towards your plan's PDF tools quota.
Can I anonymize the converted presentation?
Yes. Once it is a PDF, you can anonymize or pseudonymize it on the same platform before sharing it.
