Anonimatum 1.3.0 — Unified minimal UI, pseudonymization beta & smart OCR

1.3.0 includes the full 1.2.0 scope (server batch, reverse, signature, classic header, `{{WORDSET}}`). This page details 1.3.0 newcomers: unified minimal UI, pseudonymization beta, smart document preparation, AI/OCR improvements, expanded whitelist, integrated support, ENS security and full user manual in Docs. Unified minimal interface (/anonimo/*)

• Home: cards for anonymization, pseudonymization, PDF tools, profile, management (patterns, sets, figures), queue, support and Docs; plan quota bar; locked cards if plan lacks pseudo/background queue.
• Unified workspace: sidebar (upload, config, patterns, whitelist, sets, zones, AI, preview, result); PDF viewer with zoom, pagination and local multi-doc queue.
• Quick menu (M): global access from workspace.
• i18n: UI in Spanish, English, Catalan, Galician and Basque.

Pseudonymization (beta)

• Coherent substitution (partial masking, tokenization, consistent replacement) instead of opaque redaction.
• Sector profile, seed and project ID for reproducible maps.
• Preview of detections with include/exclude by click on PDF or list.
• Equivalence map editable before applying; download `pseudo-map.json` after.
• Background queue with Pseudonymization type.

Document preparation and OCR

• Shared `DocumentPreparationService` pipeline: automatic Office/image → PDF conversion.
• Text-layer analysis: if PDF already has enough copyable text, no re-OCR when enabling «Anonymize + OCR» (avoids quality loss); reason `OCR_SKIPPED_TEXT_LAYER_OK`.
• OCR router: configurable engine `tesseract` (recommended) or `paddle` (PaddleOCR); automatic fallback to Tesseract if Paddle fails.

Whitelist, Office and security

• Stronger whitelist in normal & reverse: exclusions by word, set and Office occurrences.
• Expanded `OfficeDocumentService`: preview and redaction with per-occurrence exclusions.
• Integrated helpdesk `@politeiasoft/ps-helpdesk` at `/anonimo/crear-incidencia`.
• ENS improvements: reduced sensitive logs, encrypted batch queue files, rate limiters and CORS reviewed.

PDF tools and Docs

• Library renamed to `ps-pdf-tools`; integrated in minimal without quota consumption.
• Extended images → PDF support (HEIC and photo batches).
• Full user manual in Docs and reorganized portal.
